RETURN | EXCHANGE | REFUND

We offer a limited 30 day return policy on most items.

OUR POLICY

1. RETURNS

Our policy is 30 days from date of purchase. 

2. ELIGIBLE

To be eligible the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it in and in its original packaging.  You must provide a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.

Items that are not eligible for return include:

  • Items drop shipped
  • Bags, Backpacks
  • Custom Orders
  • Sale or closeout items
  • Gift Cards

3. REFUNDS

To receive credit, please fill out the form here:  RMA Form

Once we receive your submission, we will review the request and issue the return authorization.

When we receive the returned item, it will be inspected and refund will be issued accordingly.  The refund will be credited to the original payment method.

4. EXCHANGES

We fully inspect our products for quality before shipping. However, if you receive items that are defective or that have been damaged in the shipping process they can be exchanged for like items. Please fill out the RMA Form to request the exchange.

  • Please note some items may not be available in the same color choices but we will try to match as close as possible.

5. GIFTS

If you received the item as a gift and are asking for a refund, the credit will be given to the original form of payment.

  • Receipt is required 
  • Store credit is currently not an option

6. SHIPPING

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping is at the purchasers expense. 

If you are returning a high value item, it is recommended to use trackable shipping with insurance.  We are not liable for missing shipments to our facility.

If you are within the North Florida area, we may be able to coordinate something locally, please indicate on the RMA Form.
